Welcome to TrafficSupplier.pro ("we", "us", "our" and/ot the "Company"). These Terms of Service
 govern your access to and use of our website, traffic generation services, and related
offerings (collectively, "The Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound
by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Services Description
TrafficSupplier.pro provides digital website traffic generation services throughout North America
and internationally. We deliver targeted website visitors based on niche markets, geographic
regions, and campaign parameters you select. We specialize in traffic delivery across 400+ niche
markets and 60 countries. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, including but not
limited to sales, conversions, sign-ups, lead generation, or revenue increases.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use our
Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements
and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Account & Payment
To purchase traffic packages, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining
the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. All fees
are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated, are due in advance, and are non-refundable except
as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. Prices are subject to change without notice. We use
third-party payment processors; by submitting payment, you agree to their terms as well.
4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content
You agree not to use our Services to promote websites containing or linking to:
 - Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content
 - Malware, viruses, spyware, ransomware, or other harmful code
 - Hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or threats of violence
 - Adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene material
 - Gambling sites without proper licensing in target jurisdictions
 - Copyright-infringing, trademark-infringing, or pirated material
 - Content that violates the terms of service of any advertising network, search engine, or
platform

Pharmaceuticals, supplements, or health claims not approved by relevant regulatory bodies
(FDA, EMA, TGA, etc.)

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend campaigns, or terminate accounts for any
website we deem inappropriate, harmful, or in violation of these Terms. No refund will be
issued for terminated campaigns resulting from prohibited content.
5. Delivery & Campaign Specifications
Traffic delivery times range from 1 to 60 days based on your selected package. We guarantee
24-hour unique visitors from genuine sources. Delivery schedules are estimates and may be
affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: your website
downtime, server errors, DNS issues, hosting provider filtering, firewall blocking, analytics
misconfiguration, or third-party ad-blocker interference. It is your responsibility to ensure your
website is operational and capable of receiving traffic before and during the campaign period.
6. International Use
Our Services are operated from the United States. If you access our Services from the European
Union, Australia, Canada, or any other jurisdiction, you are responsible for compliance with all
local laws applicable to your use of the Services and the content you promote. You agree that
you will not use our Services in any manner that violates the laws of your jurisdiction or the
jurisdictions in which your traffic is targeted.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on TrafficSupplier.pro, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and
compilations thereof, is the property of SeimVentures LLC or its licensors and is protected by
United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You
may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written
permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF
ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-
INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-
FREE, SECURE, OR THAT TRAFFIC WILL RESULT IN ANY SPECIFIC CONVERSION RATE, SALES
VOLUME, OR BUSINESS OUTCOME.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SeimVentures
LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR
ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING

WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE
LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE
SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; OR (III)
UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT. OUR
TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US
FOR THE SPECIFIC CAMPAIGN GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SeimVentures LLC and its affiliates from and
against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys'
fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your
violation of these Terms, or your promotion of prohibited content.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out
of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be addressed through good-faith
negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Wilmington,
Delaware, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment on the arbitration
award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. You waive any objection to venue in
Delaware.

For EU Consumers: If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also bring
claims in the courts of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory
consumer rights under EU law.

For Australian Consumers: If you are a consumer resident in Australia, nothing in these Terms
excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, with or without cause or
notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services
ceases immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive
termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and
limitations of liability.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be
posted on this page with an updated date and, where appropriate, notified via email. Your
continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified
to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will
remain in full force and effect.
