Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. If a campaign is terminated because it violated our acceptable use rules, no refund is issued for that campaign.

We can't send traffic to sites containing or linking to:

• Malware, viruses, spyware, ransomware, or other harmful code
• Hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or threats of violence
• Adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene material
• Unlicensed gambling in the target jurisdiction
• Copyright- or trademark-infringing or pirated material
• Content that violates the terms of any advertising network, search engine, or platform
• Pharmaceutical, supplement, or health claims not approved by relevant regulators (FDA, EMA, TGA, etc.)

We can refuse service, suspend, or terminate an account for content we determine violates these rules, without a refund for the terminated campaign.
